Ingrédients
 

  • 1 chunk of Levitts Montreal smoked meat (brisket) of 500 g *
  • 2 bagel-type bread (or a bagel)
  • 30 ml of yellow mustard
  • -
  • *If smoked meat chunks aren’t available at your local grocery store, ask them to add it to their inventory, but use our Levitts sliced smoked meat pouches. It’s also very tasty and quicker.

Preparation

  • Step 1
    Warm the smoked meat chunk by following package’s instructions.
  • Step 2
    When the meat is hot, and just before unpacking it and slicing it, warm the bread in the oven or the toaster.
  • Step 3
    Slice the meat. Careful not to burn yourself! Pile the desired meat quantity on the bottom bread. Spread the mustard on the top bread and close it on top of the meat. Serve immediately.
  • NOTE:
    Dont hesitate to diversify the toppings to renew your experience: coleslaw, cheese, flavoured mustard, BBQ sauce, different marinades, spicy mayonnaise, crispy lettuce, tomatoes, etc.
