Ingredients
- 2 Peppers
- 1 tomato
- ½ cup of your favourite shredded cheese
- 2 pouches of Levitts smoked meat
- ½ cup of white rice

Preparation

Step 1
Cut 2 peppers in half lengthwise.

Step 2
Place 2 125-g pouches of Levitts smoked meat in boiling water for 7 minutes.

Step 3
Cook half a cup of white rice.

Step 4
Cut the smoked meat into small pieces and mix with the rice.

Step 5
Dice a tomato and add the smoked meat and rice mixture.

Step 6
Add cheese to the mixture and fill the 4 pepper halves.

Step 7
Cook in the oven at 375oF for 30 minutes.
