  • 1 pack of 150 g of Levitts roast beef
  • 2 kaiser buns
  • 80 ml of your favourite BBQ sauce

Preparation

  • Step 1
    Open the meat package and heat the Levitts roast beef slices in a nonstick skillet over medium heat. When all the slices are hot, add about 15 ml of water and 15 ml of BBQ sauce, close the heat, stir to distribute and moisten the slices and set aside.
  • Step 2
    Meanwhile, heat the kaiser buns of your choice, cut in half.
  • Step 3
    When the meat is hot, assemble the 2 sandwiches using half of the meat on each kaiser bread (be careful when handling because the meat will be hot!). Then, add the remaining BBQ sauce on the hot meat and close the burgers with the other piece of toasted bread.
  • Step 4
    You could vary the toppings by adding sliced tomatoes, pickles, lettuce, coleslaw and/or cheese.
