Montreal, QC – The 14th edition of the Médaillés de la relève contest was held last May 26. This event aims to celebrate local companies’ corporate achievements throughout their business succession journey. This contest, this year in a virtual format, is organized by PwC Canada and its partners.
Levitts Foods was a nominee for the Entrepreneurial Succession category, which they have won, receiving the Gold award.
“The effort of all our employees, the support of our clients, as well as our investments in new technologies and automation really helped us bringing the brand at the forefront in grocery stores. Thank you for this award, which demonstrates our people’s passion”, said Jean-François Desjardins, Levitts’ CEO, while proudly accepting the prize.
Levitts is pleased to see its entrepreneurial adventure being recognized by its peers and by this prestigious business community. The company would like to thank its employees and business partners for their support and commitment. “This award belongs to you”, adds Mr. Desjardins.
Levitts would also like to congratulate its category’s other winners, i.e. Duropac and Accès Location +, as well as the candidates in the Family Succession category; Groupe Robin, Odessa Canada, and Ratelle, and would like to thank PwC Canada, the contest’s organizer, and its partners and sponsors, namely Banque Nationale, Fasken, CDPQ, La Presse, Koze, and Famille en affaires HEC Montréal.
